    How to check the charging level of the case?
    When the charging level of the case is at 0%-24%, the first LED of the button flashes white when plugging in power ; 25%-49%, the first LED has solid white light, and the second LED flashes white; 50%-74%, the first and the second LED lights are solid white, and the third LED light flashes white; When the case charging level is 100%, all 4 LED lights are solid white.
    How long it will take to charge the earbuds fully?
    It will take about 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds fully.
    What can we do if the case stopped charging?
    please try to use another known working Type C charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer.
    Why one earbud works longer than another earbud?
    One earbud will work as mail earbud; The battery of main earbud will runs faster than another earbud.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?
    When you put the earbuds into the case and you will see the red light on the earbuds when charging. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors and try to adjust the earbuds to ensure the red light is on.
    Why my earbuds can not work as longer as before?
    The battery must consume with the time pass by.
    How long it will take to charge the case fully?
    It will take about 2 hours to charge the case fully. If you use wireless charging, the charging time would be longer

    How many mics on each earbud for H2?

    There are two mics on each earbud of H2, which supports CVC call noise reduction.

    How the lights flash when you use H2?

    1. Pairing mode: One earbud flashes white and red, the other is white on. 2. Connected to device/Standby: The white lights are on the two earbuds. 3. Play the music: No light

    How to reset H2?

    1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all of your devices. 2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure that both earbuds are in charging status, press and hold both multifunction buttons for 10s until both indicators flash in white twice. Reset complete.

    Could both H2 earbuds be connected to several devices at the same time?

    H1 does not support to connect to several devices at the same time.

    What can we do if the earbuds won't turn on?

    1.Please check if they need to be charged. 2.Take the earbud out of the charging case, press and hold the MFB for 1.5s to power them on manually when the earbud is off. 3.Try to reset the earbuds.

    What can we do if the earbuds stopped pairing with each other?

    1. Please check if the earbuds need to be charged first. 2. Reset

    Why one of my earbud flashes white quickly and never stops?

    1. Clear pairing records from all your devices first; 2. Take the earbuds out of the charging case, double click the MFB of the earbud which is flashing white quickly; 3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case, then take 2 earbuds out of the case at the same time; 4. Active the device's Bluetooth to connect earbuds.

    What can we do if the earbuds stopped connecting to your device?

    1. Please check if the earbuds can connect to other devices. If yes, please clear pairing records from devices first. 2. Check there one earbud or both earbuds is flashing white quickly and continuously.

    What can we do if the following issues happen? 1. One earbud has no sound, or both earbuds lost the sound. 2. The volume of one earbud is lower than the other.

    1. Please change other songs or videos to have a try. 2. Change other devices to see if the problem still happens. 3. Please try to remove the silicone ear piece and gently clean off the screen with a little alcohol. 4. Please try to reset the earbuds.

    What can we do if the other side could not hear you when calling?

    1. Please choose to pick up phone calls via the earbuds. 2. Please do not mute the phone calls. 3. Please kindly adjust the volume through the headphones and devices to see if it works better. 4. If you are using the earbuds with an Android phone, please check the settings to see if you have allowed both phone audio and media audio to be transmitted through the earbuds. 5. If you are using a laptop, please choose our H1 as output and input device at your laptop's voice control panel. 6. For some Apps, as the Bluetooth protocols of the app, the earbuds' mic can not be set as output device. 7.Please change other devices to see if it gets better.

    Why my both earbuds is not loud enough?

    1.Increase the volume of both your device and earbuds. 2. Remove eartips and use a piece of clothing with a little alcohol to clean the screen. 3. Change another people to check whether the volume is also too low for him.

    Why my earbuds can not connect automatically to my device?

    1. Check whether you have turned off earbuds manually before put it back into the charging case; 2. Check whether you have connected earbuds to another device before.

    Why my earbuds lose conecttion sometimes?

    1) Please charge the H2. (Low battery may cause the disconnection.) 2) If you use WIFI, please try 4G/5G to see if it gets better. 3) Could you please kindly make sure if there is any obstacle or interference around you while using the headphones? Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.

    Why I feel the sound effect in one earbud is different from another one?

    when some music is recorded, it contains two independent channel information. When playing, the left channel sound can be output through the left headphone, and the right channel sound can be output through the right headphone. This is the basic principle of stereo. So when the earbuds is in stereo mode, you can feel that the two sides are sometimes different, there is something with the music, you could change some different types of music or videos.

    What can we do if the H2 does not fit for you?

    There are several different sizes of ear tips in the package. Please have a try all of them. If all these can not fit you well, please try to buy some foam eartips on other stores. The eartips size of this model is 4.7mm.

    What is the waterproof of H2?

    Truengine H1 has IPX5 waterproof. They are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Do not wear the earbuds in a sauna or steam room.
